Refund Policy
If you have not received your Tour de Grasse order, or there are any unexpected problems with it, please email administration@tourdegrasse.com. Insurance must be purchased at the time the order is placed.
Application fees for all financing and installment payment programs are non-refundable.
Installation and service fees are non-refundable.
All installment and financing programs are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed to in the agreement.
General conditions of promotions on subscriptions
To qualify for the perfume oil promotion, customers must maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason prior to the order being delivered, Tour de Grasse will provide you with a full refund. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription before the minimum term and after the order has been delivered, you will be required to pay the full commitment period and fully refund the promotional discount based on the net total of the order in question.
Mystery items
All mystery items are final sale and are not eligible for credit or exchange.
Tour de Grasse does not provide a return label. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process your refund or exchange in the original form of payment.
Once you have submitted a return to customer service and the request has been approved, please ship your return within five days of approval. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all cords, adapters, bottles, accessories, and documentation included when you receive it. When returning an automatic diffuser, please remove the scented oil inside the diffuser before shipping it back to avoid damaging the internal mechanisms of the unit. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service, as Tour de Grasse is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
A product can be exchanged for any item available on our site. Once your return is in transit, it will be processed and your exchange will be sent within 1-3 business days.
When an item is returned for store credit, we will cover the cost of the return label. Once the return is made, it will be processed and your credit will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the shipping carton for damage during shipping. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear; however, if the item(s) being shipped have been damaged, please email administration@tourdegrasse.com for customer assistance.
Only items purchased directly from Tour de Grasse may be returned to Tour de Grasse. Tour de Grasse products purchased from other retailers, affiliates or distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.
To ensure satisfaction, TR30, TR30X, TR90, Car Diffuser and Fragrance Oils can be returned within 30 days, depending on usage. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of refund request. Fragrance Oils must not be opened or have a broken seal. Exclusions: Professional Diffuser, Candles, Room Spray and Reed Diffusers.
