Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are shipped from France.

Please allow two business days for your order to be processed. Any orders received after 12:00 PM (French time) will be processed the following business day. Shipping time depends on location but varies between 3-5 business days after order processing.

Please note that all shipments containing a diffuser require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be present to receive the package.

Taxes and duties

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we indicate the value of your order directly on your package. The release of the package is left to the sole discretion of customs officials. In rare cases, customs officials may delay the delivery of certain packages.

Currency Conversions

All prices shown on our site are in Euro and billed in Euro. The bank that issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate you will pay, but generally it will be very close to the current exchange rates.
