Inspired by Doña María de Mendoza, a 16th century noble lady living at Santa Catalina Castle in Jaén.
Passionate about cherry trees, she transformed the castle into a sanctuary filled with their flowers and fruits.
Every feast was a celebration of this passion, with dishes accented with cherries and cherry blossoms adorning the tables, permeating the air with their delicate scent.

Cerise Lumineuse captures this historic essence: the opening notes offer an explosion of juicy cherries, followed by the floral sweetness of cherry blossoms.
